Top 3 ways to be Intentional about your self care.

This year I am being intentional with how I life and experience my life by listening and being present with myself. Here are three things that have been so important in the way I care for myself.

  1. Make sure you're carving out time for yourself each day.

    This could be a few minutes for yoga or reading, or simply taking time to relax.

  2. Prioritize getting enough sleep.

    Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night so you can be well-rested.

  3. Incorporate activities into your life that bring joy.

    This could be anything from going on a nature walk, taking an art class, or playing music. Take time being present to identify what brings you joy and experience it.
